The contracting entity offers a Framework Agreement for the supply of cars, which is divided into 4 separate sub-agreements. The sub-agreements are divided according to the 4 types of cars that the Contractor needs to use for different purposes:
- Subsection 1 - Station wagon model,
- Sub-agreement 2 - MPV model,
- Part 3 - Special car between
- Part 4 - Special car large. Each Sub-Agreement will be awarded to one supplier.
Sub-agreement 1 covers the delivery of cars to the Contracting Authority, which in connection with the solution of tasks etc. partly must have met a need for transport, and partly a need for a car model with little more than ordinary luggage space, ie. a station car model.
Subpart 2 includes the supply of cars to the Contractor who, when solving specific tasks, needs a car model with a comfort and size that makes it suitable for use as a workplace.
The car must, among other things, be used in connection with customs control at, for example, land borders, coastal areas, as well as port and airport areas where there is a need to bring control equipment.
The car must also be specially designed for "dog car" with space for 2 dog cages.
The client considers that a car of the type MPV or similar will be able to meet these needs.
Subsection 3 includes the supply of cars to the Contractor who, when solving specific tasks, needs a car model with a comfort and size that makes it suitable for use as a workplace.
The car must, among other things, be used in connection with customs control at, for example, land borders, coastal areas, as well as port and airport areas where there is a need to bring control equipment.
The use of the car requires that there is room for at least 2 dog cages as well as work tools and personal equipment of relatively extensive scope. The car must also be dedicated to custom build.
Alternatively, the Contractor may need to use the car for passenger transport.
The car model must therefore be of the box type with side windows, combi, tours or the like.
Subpart 4 includes the supply of cars to the Contractor who, in solving specific tasks, needs a car model with a comfort and size that makes it suitable for use as a workplace.
The car must, among other things, be used in connection with customs control at, for example, land borders, coastal areas, as well as port and airport areas where there is a need to bring control equipment.
The purpose of use of the car requires that the car can be designed with an office environment or otherwise built up for the transport of a large amount of equipment intended for customs control tasks.
The car model must therefore be of the larger box type with side windows, combi, tours or the like.
