The entire scope park for our gastro/entero department was replaced in 2017/2018 and is now due for replacement. In addition to the physical replacement of the scopes, the after-sales service is also of great importance to us and the service expects that in the event of defects this will be solved very smoothly and quickly and that one can work fully continuously at full capacity, so to speak, and therefore never have a shortage of scopes.
