The subject of the contract are works in the field of:
a) mowing meadows and partial hay harvesting,
b) feed delivery and distribution, hay delivery,
c) cleaning of feeding places for bison,
d) meadow reclamation,
e) tillage plots.
1. The subject of the contract are works in the field of:
a) mowing meadows and partial hay harvesting,
b) feed delivery and distribution, hay delivery,
c) cleaning of feeding places for bison,
d) meadow reclamation,
e) tillage plots.
2. The subject of the order specified in par. 1 lit. a) there is a service of mowing meadows on an area of 20 ha with partial hay collection, in particular:
1) The works include mowing grass once per calendar year 2019 in the meadows of the Supraśl Forest District with an area of 5.05 ha.
2) Works include mowing grass once in the period 1.7.2020 - 31.8.2020 in the meadows of the Supraśl Forest District with an area of 20 ha. All works specified in par. 2 should be made using your own equipment.
3. Required method of mowing:
- no circular mowing from the outside to the center of the mown area,
- mowing at a height of 5 to 10 cm above the ground.
4. The subject of the order specified in par. 1 lit. b) is a service in the scope of feed delivery and its distribution, consisting of:
1) delivery of fodder beet in an amount of 80 tons along with the distribution and distribution of the subject of this delivery in feeding places, which should be made in 8 deliveries,
2) delivery of 15 tons of hay in the 2019/2020 season,
3) laying out hay produced and stored in 2020 - to each of the 12 pastures from their storage part; evenly, once a month, maximally filling each of the pastures, i.e. in December 2020, January 2021, February 2021 and March 2021.
5. The subject of the order specified in para. 1 lit. c) there is a service in the field of cleaning feeding places.
6. Maintenance and repairs referred to in para. 6 a) will consist in bringing the feed equipment into service by replacing damaged parts, removing defects and damage.
The order referred to in paragraph 6 lit. b) consists of, among others to clean up the remains of food and animal excrements, etc., and take the collected waste away from the grounds of the Supraśl Forest District. Spring disinfection of feeding area with biocidal preparation. The type of biocidal preparation will be agreed with the Employer.
7. All works specified in par. 6 and 7 should be made using own equipment and materials.
8. Location of feeding places referred to in par. 6 is indicated in Annex 1 and No. 2 to the ToR.
9. The subject of the order specified in par. 1 lit. d) there is a service in the field of meadow remediation on the area of 14.95 ha, consisting of one-time meadow restoration using a heavy flail mower to remove shrubs, self-seeding trees and shrubs, and old tufted grasses.
10. The subject of the order specified in para. 1 lit. e) there is a service in the field of forage plots consisting in the cultivation of winter crops (rye) on an area of 12.9 ha, i.e. plowing, harrowing, sowing seeds.
11. The Awarding Entity allows the possibility during the performance of the subject of the contract of the necessity to carry out replacement works in relation to those provided for in this contract. Performing replacement works takes place at the written request of the Employer. The Employer's decision in this regard is binding on the Contractor.
12. Replacement works should be understood as works carried out in a different way than originally described, in different work technology or in other locations.
13. It is also envisaged that the Employer may resign from performing part of the subject of the contract. The reduction concerns the size and scope of work. The resignation from the performance of these parts should be understood as the Customer's withdrawal from a part of the subject of the contract. The Contractor declares that he agrees to
Limiting the scope of work. These works are hereinafter referred to as discontinued works. If it is necessary to reduce the scope of the subject of the contract, the Employer guarantees the Contractor to perform a minimum of 70% of the gross value of the contract.
14. The Awarding Entity does not envisage the execution of the orders referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the Act.
