1) The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, as well as seed and selection works, nursery, maintenance of tourist, recreational, educational and road infrastructure facilities, to be carried out in the Kędzierzyn Forest District in 2024.
2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes total quantities of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood as well as works from seed and selection, nursery, maintenance of tourist, recreational, educational and road infrastructure facilities resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ.

forestry: Blachownia, Czajka, Kotlarnia, Sławięcice, Stampnica and seed and selection works in the entire forest district.
