The subject of the contract includes the collection and development of solid municipal waste from the area of the commune of Lubanie. The scope of the order applies to all inhabited properties from the commune of Lubanie and PSZOK.
Type and frequency of collection of municipal waste
1.Unsegregated
— from single-family development areas (i.e.) 1 time/2 tyg. from 1.04 to 31.10, in the remaining period 1/mies,
- from multi-family built-up areas (so-called) 1 time/thyd. 1.04 to 31.10, for the remaining period 1 time/2
2.Selectively harvested municipal waste
Paper, Glass, Metals & Plastics
— with the so-called 1/mies,
- with the so-called 2/mies,
Biowaste constituting municipal waste
— i.e. 1 once every two weeks for the period 1.04 to 31.10, for the remaining period 1/mies,
- from the so-called 1 weekly period from 1.04 to 31.10, for the remaining period 1 once every 2 weeks,
a) Ash from households
— i.e. 1 once/mies from 1.10 to 30.04,
- with the so-called 1 once/mies from 1.10 to 30.04,
- with the so-called and so-called July 1 waste collection from before the property in the entire Municipality,
- in the period from 1.05 to 30.09 residents can supply ash to the PSZOK in Kucerz.
(b) Paper, glass, metals and plastics from areas intended for public use, according to actual requirements for the application of the Contracting Authority, but not less often than 1/mies,
(c) Biowaste from sites intended for public use according to actual requirements for the Contracting Authority's notification, however, not less often than 2/mies in the period 1.04 to 31.10, in the remaining period 1/mies.

The number of resident inhabitants is approximately 3885 persons (data based on the declarations made as of 31.07.2021).
3) Number of properties:
(a) single-family development - approx. 1150 pcs
(b) multi-family building—1 pcs.

Employment requirements of persons referred to in Article 96 (2) (2) Pzp
The Contracting Authority shall require that the Contractor/Subcontractor shall employ on the basis of a full-time employment relationship within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974. Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040,1043 and 1495, as amended) persons providing work related to the performance of activities during the implementation of the subject of the contract, i.e. performing activities involving the direct (physical) performance of services (excluding management, administrative service).
