- TM 1: remodeling MTT and bathing department,

- TM 2: reconstruction of 22 patient rooms.

- disassembly of existing sanitary facilities and pipelines,

- Complete utility and sewage installation including sanitary furnishings,

- stainless steel service water pipes,

- sewage pipes made of plastic pipes, including fire barriers,

- Smaller alterations to the utility and sewerage network in existing buildings for relocation or additional sanitary items.
