The parent-child centre is to be restructured and significantly expanded due to the existing space deficits. This includes, in particular, the areas of delivery room, caesarean section surgery as well as neonatology and the associated functional areas. Further focal points are the restructuring of patient accommodation through various extensions as well as the restructuring of the laboratory and the prosecture. The implementation of the construction measures carried out above is carried out both in existing buildings and through additional expansion areas. The implementation must take place in full operation with the establishment of interim/compensation areas.

In this procedure, the client intends to award the planning of the technical building equipment in accordance with § 55 HOAI (plant groups 4, 5 and 6) for the work phases 1 to 9 for the conversion of the parent-child center as well as the restructuring of the functional areas care, laboratory and prosecture.
