- lot 1: switchboard,

- lot 2: video protection.

The contract concerns operational maintenance and optimization services for its Xivo, Xivo CC and Gestsup telephone infrastructure as well as its video-protection system for the drinking water and sanitation services of the Régie.

Lot 1: telephone switchboard.

- provide reactive maintenance services in operational conditions (maintenance, configuration, maintenance and updating of Xivo servers, Xivo CC and Gestsup ...),

- supply and installation of equipment (terminals, headsets, switches ...).

Concerns operational maintenance and optimization of its Xivo, Xivo CC and Gestsup telephone infrastructure as well as its video-protection system for the drinking water and sanitation services of the control room.

Lot 2: video protection:

- provide reactive maintenance services in operational conditions (follow up updates, maintenance of hard disks, cameras ...),

- supply and installation of equipment (camera ...) and service delivery (camera cleaning ...).
