In the areas of sanitary rooms EC to 12th floor, clean-up zones EC, stairs in stairwells 1 and 2, hallways EC and reception areas, as well as in technical rooms in the EC, a floating screed is carried out on impact sound insulation.

The corridors on the ground floor, the elevator foyer, the elevators and the stairlandings are covered with concrete stone. The stair runs are assigned with angular steps made of concrete stone. The windowsills on the 1st floor to 12th floor receive cast stone coverings including a steel substructure.

The cleanrun zones receive a synthetic resin coating with a dispersion paint and a clean-running system with aluminum cassette brushes.
