The object of this contract is the entrustment procedure pursuant to articles 4 and 15, published in Europe for the sole purpose of ensuring maximum participation in accordance with the aforementioned article 4 applicable to the sector of excluded contracts referred to in the same regulatory plexus, for the conclusion of four Framework Agreements, possibly cumulative, which can be signed pursuant to Article 54 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, here recalled as an applicable contractual form, for the Supply of equipment for monitoring MF, DVB-T/T2 and DAB+ services, (hereinafter “Performance”), under the conditions all established in the Disciplinary, in Technical Specifications (Annex B), in the Framework Agreement Scheme and in the related “RAI CGC”.
