TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab requests offers to establish a framework arrangement for ventilation filters and related supplies to meet the needs of its customer communities for the indefinite contract period beginning on 8 November 2021 (target).
TeeSe Botnia Oy Ab requests offers to establish a framework arrangement for ventilation filters and related supplies to meet the needs of its customer communities. Purchasing filters are sourced to targets with responsibility for maintenance of entities committed to competition.
Properties managed by procurement committed communities include public administration and office spaces, kindergartens, schools, healthcare facilities, special health facilities, cultural, physical education and youth services facilities, and social services facilities.
The destinations may be subject to modifications during the contract period in accordance with changes occurring in the entities and units committed to the use of the contract and their maintenance sites.
The filters subject to the acquisition are normal coarse and fine ventilation filters (EPM1-EPM10) for ventilation, as well as other specialty filters such as HEPA, activated carbon etc. The purpose of the tender is to obtain filters that are economically advantageous to the contracting entities.
The filter types EPM1-EPM10 presented in the offer must be Eurovent certified as well as ISO 16890.
Test results and certificates of certifications and standards conformity should be appendices to the offer in Finnish or Swedish.
The total estimated value of the acquisition in four years, excluding VAT, is approximately €800,000. The estimate for annual filter purchases is €180,000-200,000.
The overall economic affordability of filters is assessed using the following criteria:
- Cost of running filters
- Purchasing cost of filters
The acquisition shall form a framework arrangement on the basis of a tender comparison with one (1) of the tenderers assessed as the most economically advantageous in accordance with the draft contract attached to the tender offer.
