The subject of the Order is:
1.Delivery of assembly and commissioning (commissioning) of technological equipment and accompanying fittings necessary to start the second line of membrane filtration installation along with visualization in the existing SCADA monitoring system and its necessary modifications in order to adapt two MBR strings to work (taking into account the existing installation).
2. Execution of complete project documentation together with obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party the required consents, permits, documents, arrangements, administrative decisions, decisions limiting the use of real estate in order to implement the investment for real estate with an unregulated legal status (applies to plot no. 4125, Rudna Mała precinct), etc. allowing for the implementation of the objectives described in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) and the execution of construction works (based on the developed documentation) in the field of construction of an additional drinking water tank for the Water Treatment Plant.
The subject of the Order is:
1. Delivery of assembly and commissioning (commissioning) of technological equipment and accompanying fittings necessary to start the second line of membrane filtration installation along with visualization in the existing SCADA monitoring system and its necessary modifications in order to adapt two MBR lines to work (taking into account the existing installation), making the necessary modifications to the construction works (additional technological openings, etc. and if necessary preparation of construction documentation in this respect). The scope of delivery includes the following devices:
- membrane cassettes
- dmuchawa
- permeatu pump
- recirculation pump
- fittings and pipelines
- control system with measuring devices (control cabinet, wiring and software) and other technological solutions necessary for the proper operation of the system.
The system should include the ability to work in the following mode:
1) MBR+MBR
2) SBR+SBR
3) MBR+SBR oraz SBR+MBR
New membranes, equipment and fittings supplied must be compatible
with the devices of the working string already installed at the sewage treatment plant in Głogów Małopolski, Złota 121 Street, both in terms of properly selected operating parameters as well as equipment communication. The existing mechanical-biological sewage treatment plant uses one technological line based on sewage filtration using capillary ultrafiltration membranes, cooperating with two biological reactors made in SBR (sequential biological reactor) technology. The cubature facilities located at the treatment plant have been prepared for easy expansion with another filtration sequence.
The end result of equipping the second line of membrane filtration installations at the sewage treatment plant in Głogów Małopolski should be to increase the efficiency of wastewater treatment in the form of permeate by not less than 125 m3 / h meeting the parameter: total suspension below 5mg / l.

Execution of complete project documentation together with obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party the required consents, permits, documents, arrangements, administrative decisions, decisions limiting the use of real estate in order to implement the investment for real estate with an unregulated legal status (applies to plot no. 4125, Rudna Mała precinct), etc. allowing for the implementation of the objectives described in the Functional and Utility Program (PFU) and the execution of construction works (based on the developed documentation) in the field of construction of an additional drinking water tank for the Rudna Mała Water Treatment Plant. The Rudna Mała water treatment plant is located in Rudna Mała on plots 4125, 4123, 4122 precinct Rudna Mała, Głogów Małopolski commune.
At the moment, in the area of SUW Rudna Mała there is a station building, in which there is a whole water treatment installation based on a filtration system, as well as a three-chamber tank storing clean water located next to the station building, on the north side.
The investment in question is dictated primarily by the poor technical condition of the existing tank intended for decommissioning (long-term operation). For the target condition, it is envisaged to exclude the existing three-chamber tank from operation and its disposal. Its function will be taken over by a new tank, whose active capacity V = 500 m3 will provide the possibility of storing more than 3 times more treated water compared to the existing state.
