1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755 as of late) for the purposes of contracting contracting parties with a total maximum volume: 21 311 779,00 kWh during the supply period, i.e. no earlier than 01.01. 2022 until 31.12.2022, provided that at individual electricity consumption points the commencement of supply will occur no earlier than after the effective termination of the existing energy supply contracts and the reseller's modification procedure.

2. The tendering procedure will be conducted by the Lesser Poland Voivodeship on behalf of and for the benefit of provincial self-governing organizational units, provincial legal entities, which have concluded for this purpose an Agreement with the Marshal Office of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship.

3. Energy supply will be carried out on the basis of contracts concluded separately by the respective Contracting Authority.

4. Distribution services will be provided under separate agreements concluded with local Distribution System Operators.

5. Electricity supplied must meet technical standards in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755 as amended) by implementing acts and Polish Standards.

6. At the same time, the Contracting Authority informs that it currently has contracts for the sale of energy, entered into as comprehensive and only for sale, following the subsequent change of the seller. The information on the contracts is contained in Annex 1D to SWZ.

7. Conditions for the execution of the contract are contained in the template of Annex 1C to the SIWZ.
