The subject of the contract is the connection and commissioning of the YHAP-C255EXE heat pump at the Thermal Waste Treatment Plant in Krakow. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Appendix 1 to the Terms of Reference.

3.1. The subject of the contract is the connection and commissioning of the YHAP-C255EXE heat pump at the Thermal Waste Treatment Plant in Krakow.

3.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex 1 to the SWZ.

3.3. The Contracting Authority shall require that the Contractor executing the order:

3.3.1. The Contractor performing the subject matter of the Contract is obliged to have appropriate authorizations of the Office of Technical Inspection in the field of modernization, repair and manufacture of pressure equipment.

The Contracting Authority draws attention to the obligations related to the employment of persons performing the contract under the Employment Contract, in accordance with section 6 of the Terms of Reference.

3.6. NOTE: CONFIDENTIALITY REQUIREMENTS:

3.6.1. Acting pursuant to Article 133(3) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority stipulates that the technical documentation of connection projects is confidential and the Contractors who gain access to them are obliged not to disseminate or use them for purposes other than the preparation of the offer and possible performance of this contract, under pain of liability for damages. These documents are not and will not be publicly posted on the Contracting Authority's website.

3.6.2. The basis for providing access to detailed documentation is the submission of the "Application for access to classified information" – Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference, which must be prepared in Polish. The application can also be sent electronically.
