The purpose of the Contract is the award of multi-award framework agreements, within the meaning of Articles 2, 35° and 43 § 4 of the Law, concerning cadastral services, energy audits and EPB certificates of public buildings of Ecetia's cooperators, as well as research and technical support services (within the meaning of these special specifications).

Missions can consist of:

(i) Energy Cadastre Mission

(ii) Energy Quickscan Mission

(iii) Energy audit mission

(iv) Opportunity Study Mission

(v) EPB certificate assignment (and updates) — SPW Energy bond

(vi) EPB manager (in accordance with the regulations of 15/05/2014)

(vii) Technical Support Mission
