The General Management of the establishment wishes to continue the efforts undertaken in terms of managerial support in order to better "equip" managers in their functions and in the management of the changes expected of the establishment. The Institution has had a well-established practice of one-on-one coaching since 2006. These services, provided by external coaches as well as by internal coaches, are well understood and well valued. It is also important for the Establishment to complement this offer with collective support. The aim is to support the teams in the development of their collective performance, in the resolution of the difficulties they may encounter and in their adaptation to the new challenges of transformation of the Establishment.
