Czysta 7, 55-050 Sobótka 2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the EP section (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended).

2. The subject of this contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the applicable regulations, quality standards of the PE Act (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) and implementing regulations, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on special conditions for the functioning of the power system for subjective collection points participating in the Procedure for the needs of street lighting and buildings and facilities belonging to the Ordering Party and its organizational units, in accordance with the conditions contained in this SWZ in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023.

The list of energy consumption points is included in Annex 9 to the SWZ

- Estimated amount of energy supplied in 2023: 3 207 378 kWhWhen the implementation of the subject of the Contract, the Contractor is obliged to:

1. Notification to the indicated DSO for the implementation of the contract for the sale of electricity concluded with the Contractor;

2. Representing the Ordering Party before the competent DSO in matters related to the conclusion of a contract for the provision of distribution services;
