Among other things, the task consists of:

• Draw up a lease agreement with the individual tenants, following an instruction on the allocation of the housing from the municipality. The rental agreement is completed on the authorized lease form for social housing.

• Collect resident deposits when moving in, rent, consumption taxes and other fixed services from tenants. All revenue goes directly to the Supplier.

• Defray and ensure that expenses relating to the property are paid on time, including payments and reports to public authorities.
