With the municipality of Venray as coordinator, the municipality of Horst aan de Maas and the municipality of Venray, hereinafter referred to as contracting authority or client, intend to tender the contract for the delivery, implementation and management of a financial system according to the SaaS principle with associated service provision. A separate agreement is concluded with one service provider for both municipalities.
