As of 1.11.2020, Seehafen Wismar GmbH intends to lease seven (7) terminal towing vehicles including a full service package for the internal and external transport of goods handled by means of semi-trailers.

1) Scope of delivery: Delivery (delivery / removal), commissioning u. 1-month trial operation (including briefing of the AG and

Full service during the entire term; Installation of a separate telematics system by the PLC, data diagnostic pick-up via CAN bus;

2) Boundary conditions: Duration of use 24/7 - Driving on public roads by means of a special permit - Highly dusty ambient conditions with corrosive salts, dirt and the like. Gas components (seaside slumability) - risk of vibration due to non-ground-level terrain - inclination travel of max. 2.7 percent - used for towing semi-trailers for transporting logs, containers and steel products as well as project loads (permissible GW: between 42,000 kg and 111,400 kg);

4) Commissioning / trial operation: The transport to and from the facility, including disassembly and assembly, is carried out by the contractor. The commissioning as well as a 1-month trial operation including briefing of the client including necessary adjustments of device parameters also takes place by the contractor and is part of the rental contract;

5) Documentation: For commissioning all information for the devices mentioned under point 3 including their equipment must be handed over to the AG digitally on CD.

Specifically, these are the following documents: Declaration of Conformity; Operating permit according to § 21 StVZO for SZM; Maintenance / servicing instructions incl. Spare parts / parts lists and circuit diagrams; Operating instructions (additionally 2 times in paper form); Overview of all wear parts to be changed during the rental period including their replacement intervals;

6) Contract basis: Start of lease: 1.11.2020; Rental period: 48 months - If possible with optional termination of individual devices for the first time after 24 months; Operating hours: 2 800 operating hours per year and per device; Insurance: The AG concludes a comprehensive insurance based on the applicable ABMG. The devices are included in the liability insurance of the AG. Furthermore, the AG concludes a machine comprehensive insurance; Full-service content: As part of the full service, the following services must be provided by the contractor:

- labor and travel expenses,

- Freight charges,

- disposal of consumer goods,

- supply of lubricants and supplies,

- Maintenance, inspection and testing including material and cleaning as well as the timely notification to the AG (at least 50 hours before the due date),

- Preventive maintenance including material and cleaning,

- Monitoring of the wear condition of ground contacting parts including the timely display of the necessary replacement intervals with the AG,

- on-call service,

- response time of a maximum of 4 hours,

- processing of warranty services,

- keeping records of employment.

The client is responsible for the replacement of ground contacting wear parts.

Miscellaneous: Contractual basis is the sample rental agreement including attachment enclosed with the later offer request.
