IKK Südwest is looking for a PR agency for the conception and implementation of PR measures for IKK Südwest.

Essentially, these are:

1. Development of medium to long-term PR strategies for the individual services, taking into account the current positioning, the brand core values and the market situation in the core regions of Hesse, Saarland and Rhineland-Palatinate. Coordination and continuous development of PR strategies together with the campaign management of IKK Südwest and the advertising agency.

2. Development, implementation and marketing (online/offline) of PR measures for the individual services as well as the company IKK Südwest including the product brands. These include, but are not limited to:

• the development, initiation and implementation of cross-media cooperations including influencer marketing

• Researching, developing, coordinating and marketing PR-relevant topics and creating topic plans

• the development, implementation and marketing of media-effective events including support and PR marketing

• Creation and dissemination of PR texts about service, performance and other relevant company topics

• Development and provision of press materials (PR image pool, graphics, etc.) Press releases or dispatch of text and image material to editors and service providers

• Research of topic/editorial plans of relevant media from the areas of daily press, magazines (also special interest) and weekly/advertising papers, radio and TV

• Development and maintenance of target group-specific media distribution lists for print, TV, radio and online media

• Strategic consulting on sales PR and campaign communication

• Success monitoring and evaluation of the PR measures carried out and the press coverage carried out in regular video conferences as well as media monitoring

• Documentation of the key figures relevant to IKK Südwest (reach, posts, clippings, media equivalence value) and the specimen copies or publication references
