The subject of the contract includes comprehensive implementation of construction works on the investment task entitled: "Construction of rainwater drainage and retention reservoir along with the construction of access roads to the reservoir" as part of the task "Construction of Kredowa Street, Urlopowa Street, Ostoi Zagórskiego Street in Szczecin". The task includes, m.in: construction of a rainwater sewerage network along with the construction of an open earth retention reservoir with an earthen causeway, shaping the trough along with the strengthening of the slopes and the bottom of the "Struga Sienniczka" watercourse, construction of access roads made of concrete slabs, construction of lighting, felling and securing trees and other works in accordance with the design documentation.

The task includes, m.in: construction of a rainwater sewerage network along with the construction of an open earth retention reservoir with an earthen causeway, shaping the trough along with the strengthening of the slopes and the bottom of the "Struga Sienniczka" watercourse, construction of access roads made of concrete slabs, construction of lighting, felling and securing trees and other works in accordance with the design documentation.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: a model contract constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ, design documentation constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ and Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Works constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ, a table of TER settlement elements constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ. The settlement of works will take place on the basis of a table of settlement elements.
