The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of 58 pcs. installation of solar collectors and replacement of 15 pellet boilers producing heat for household needs (hereinafter: "installation" or "installations") implemented as part of the project entitled "Renewable energy sources in the Drzewica Commune". The installations will be carried out in single-family residential buildings belonging to the residents of the Drzewica Commune ("users")
The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of 58 pcs. installation of solar collectors and replacement of 15 pellet boilers producing heat for household needs (hereinafter: "installation" or "installations") implemented as part of the project entitled "Renewable energy sources in the Drzewica Commune". The installations will be carried out in single-family residential buildings belonging to the residents of the Drzewica Commune ("users").
As part of the performance of the contract, the contractor will first prepare installation designs, including obtaining the necessary permits, making the required arrangements, obtaining the required administrative or technical approvals. Based on the design approved by the Contracting Authority, the Contractor will perform the designed installation using its own materials, which is understood as delivering to the place of implementation of the designed installation all the necessary elements of the installation, their assembly and connection to the existing building installations of the building, will perform the required checks or acceptances, connections and start-up of installations being the subject of the contract. As part of the contract, the Contractor will train the users of the installation in the scope of their operation and provide warranty service during the warranty period.
The detailed scope of the contract is defined in the functional and utility program (PFU), constituting Annex 11 to the SWZ. Significant provisions regarding the manner of performance of the contract are specified in the drafting of the contract provisions constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ.
All appliances, fittings and fittings must be new and meet the requirements set out in the procurement documents, in particular the PFU.
The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor / Contractors to grant at least a 60-month warranty covering the materials and equipment supplied and assembly. Detailed requirements regarding the guarantee are included in the draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ.
The Ordering Party requires the installation, installation and assembly within 3 working days in each location (residential building).
The contracting authority informs that the usable area of each of the residential buildings covered by the project under the contract is lower than 300 m2.
