The object of the contract is the concession of the separate collection, transport, treatment and recovery service of the Textile Fraction referred to in the E.E.R. 20.01.10 (Clothing) and E.E.E.R. 20.01.11 ( Textile products), in the territory of the Province of Verbano Cusio Ossola

The object of the contract is the concession of the separate collection, transport, treatment and recovery service of the Textile Fraction referred to in the E.E.R. 20.01.10 (Clothing) and E.E.E.R. 20.01.11 ( Textile products), in the territory of the Province of Verbano Cusio Ossola, with the operating procedures and technical specifications defined in the technical specifications.

Pursuant to art. 165, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, as amended, the consideration in favor of the Dealer consists in the right to functionally manage and economically exploit the collection service, such as governed by the contract and technical specifications, for the sole purpose of applying the rules referred to in Legislative Decree 50/2016 as amended, the value of the concession, net of options, is estimated at €. 1,085,000.00 for the custody period.
