The metro company I/S and Hovedstadens Letbane I/S (hereinafter referred to as the Builder) have concluded framework agreements with several stakeholders in a number of subject areas.

This tender notice relates to the Civil Works subject area and is a re-tender of the Framework Agreement in the field of Construction, Design and Execution.

The metro company I/S and Hovedstadens Letbane I/S (hereinafter referred to as the Builder) have concluded framework agreements with several stakeholders in a number of subject areas:

• Road and Traffic

• Construction, design and execution (now reoffered as Civil Works)

• Pathway engineering and transport systems (now reoffered as Transport Systems and Pathway Engineering)

• Urban Planning and Strategic Development

• Traffic models

• Traffic and social economics

• Climate adaptation (storm river and cloud breakage)

• Landscape Architecture

• OHS

Each subject area shall be offered in an autonomous Union tender. This tender notice relates to the Civil Works subject area. The Framework Agreements may be concluded for the resolution of tasks related to the relevant subject area in connection with the Builder

• development of metro and/or light rail projects

• the design of metro and/or light rail projects

• maintenance of performed metro and/or light rail projects

• additional benefits on ongoing metro projects and/or light rail projects

All services described in the Process Descriptions Construction and Planning 2013, Construction and Landscape 2018 and Builders Advisory 2019 and in the Procurement Document “Benefits” relating to the above may be requested by the framework agreement on the Civil Works subject area.
