The market is divided into 2 lots:

- The first lot, main, which concerns the operation and engineering of the IT infrastructures of the COMPANY.

This 1st lot is composed of 3 major activities:

- Operation and administration of infrastructures including:

- supervision

- exploitation

- management of incidents, requests, changes, problems

- management of knowledge, documentation and repositories

- Agile infrastructure engineering: evolutions of infrastructure products and automation

- Infrastructure logistics: supply management, moving and return of materials, local gestures

- The second batch which concerns projects, in case of need for major evolution or punctual support to the expertise of the COMPANY.

Lot 1 is divided into 3 major activities:

- Operation and administration of infrastructures: This activity is entrusted to the HOLDER under the supervision of the COMPANY. It essentially involves the following tasks throughout the entrusted perimeter:

o Supervision,

o Exploitation,

o Management of incidents, requests, changes, problems,

o Management of knowledge, documentation and repositories

- Agile infrastructure engineering: evolutions of infrastructure products as well as automation

- infrastructure logistics: This activity consists of managing physical supplies, removals and returns of equipment in the Datacenter, carrying out proximity gestures in the Datacenter and carrying out gestures in colocation centers and connected sites.

Lot 2 is a lot dedicated to calls for projects and punctual support for expertise.

The term "IT Infrastructure" refers to infrastructure equipment:

- Servers, storage and data protection.

- Networks and security.

IT infrastructures currently consist of physical and virtual hardware and appliances on each of the 2 equipment domains.

Lot 2 is a lot dedicated to calls for projects and punctual support for expertise.

The HOLDER is expected to carry out projects at the request of major changes in the COMPANY or to provide specific expertise.
