The city of Erkelenz intends to procure a fully electric compact sweeper for the construction depot.

The vehicle will be used in the following areas:

- cleaning of public transport areas in accordance with the provisions of the street cleaning regulations,

- cleaning of parking and parking spaces and cycle paths,

- security (sweeping away oil binders, etc.),

- weed removal through the use of special brushes.

The vehicle should be delivered as quickly as possible, but no later than six months after the order has been placed. An order is expected to be placed by the end of January 2022 at the latest. When submitting the offer, the respective bidder defines an expected delivery date, which becomes binding after the bid has been awarded within the specified binding period. If the deadline cannot be met, this must be stated separately when submitting an offer and the necessary delivery time must be stated in a binding manner.

The vehicle must comply with state-of-the-art technology, the recognized rules of technology, the requirements of the StVZO, UVV, CE and all other relevant standards and legal regulations (in their currently valid version). In order to maximize occupational safety, all structural precautions that can be implemented economically and technically sensible must be taken into account. The vehicle must come from ongoing production, be destined for the German market and meet at least current standards in terms of quality.
