The task includes turnkey consultancy and assistance regarding architectural, engineering and landscape works (turnkey consultancy) in connection with the conversion of Kærskiftevej 21. The building has most recently been used as a leisure institution and will be converted into a crèche for 3 groups (36 children).

The project includes interior conversion and replacement of installations and rebuilds 495 m2 on the ground floor and 175 m2 in the basement of existing premises. In addition, a playground and lounge for the nursery will be established, as well as various service facilities. The outdoor areas will be established in accordance with the functional programme and the consultant will be assigned a landscape architect. The plot totals 1450 m2.

A building program and floor plans have been prepared for the disposition of functions and areas in accordance with the users' wishes. The construction programme is handed over to the turnkey consultant as a starting point for further processing.
