The subject of the contract is the implementation of individual interviews and the organization of workshops with seniors for the research project entitled: "Digital competences of the elderly in Małopolska". The aim of the study is to estimate the scale of the phenomenon of digital exclusion of older people in Małopolska and to indicate the directions and ways of shaping / increasing the digital competences of Małopolska residents 55+. The scope of the study will concern the level of digital competences of people of retirement age (55+), people of retirement age, as well as examining the scale of digital exclusion among the oldest inhabitants of Małopolska (75+).

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of individual interviews and the organization of workshops with seniors for the research project entitled: "Digital competences of older people in Małopolska". The aim of the study is to estimate the scale of the phenomenon of digital exclusion of older people in Małopolska and to indicate the directions and ways of shaping / increasing the digital competences of Małopolska residents 55+. The scope of the study will concern the level of digital competences of people of retirement age (55+), people of retirement age, as well as examining the scale of digital exclusion among the oldest inhabitants of Małopolska (75+).

2. The results will be used to design public policies in the field of building an information society and social inclusion of older people in Małopolska, as well as to indicate the directions of digital competence education in this age group.

3. The Description of the Subject of the Contract (SOPZ) constitutes Annex 1C to the SCS and will be introduced as Annex 1 to the public procurement contract.

4. The conditions for the performance of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the content of this contract – in the model contract constituting Annex 1D to the SGW.

5. The Contractor shall be obliged to transfer to the contracting authority the proprietary copyrights to the subject of the contract on the terms set out in the model contract constituting Annex 1D to the SCW.

6. The Agreement is co-financed by the European Union from the European Social Fund under the Regional Operational Programme of the Malopolska Region for the years 2014-2020 or the Funds for Małopolska Programme 2021-2027.
