1.The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the performance of active protection treatments in Natura 2000 areas, divided into the following parts:
(a)part I: mowing of a patch of moor meadow in the Natura 2000 Rynna Jezior Obrzańskie PLH080002 site;
(b)part II: activities in the Natura 2000 site Uroczyska Puszcza Zielonki PLH300058 and in the nature reserve "Jezioro Czarne" consisting in the felling of tree and shrub suckers with the removal of biomass;
(c)part III: Natura 2000 Dolina Cybiny PLH300038 measures involving mowing with removal of biomass;
2.A detailed description of the subject of the contract is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ.
Mowing a patch of moor meadow in the Natura 2000 Rynna Jezior Obrzańskie PLH080002 areamowing of a patch of natural habitat 6410 Variable moist meadows (Molinion), which is protected in the Natura 2000 Rynna Jezior Obrzańskie PLH080002 site. Within the patch of habitat there are species subject to strict and partial species protection.
a) The subject of the contract is located on a plot with the registration number 267, Prądówka precinct, Miedzichowo commune, Nowy Tomyśl poviat. The above-mentioned location is represented by the vector layer - Annex 1 to OPZ.
Activities in the Natura 2000 area of the Zielonki Forest Wilderness PLH300058 and in the "Jezioro Czarne" nature reserve consisting in the felling of tree and shrub suckers along with the removal of biomassTreatments in the patch of natural habitat 7140 Transitional bogs and bogs (mostly with Scheuchzerio-Caricetea vegetation):
a) The subject of the contract is the implementation of a protective action resulting from the plan of protection tasks for the Natura 2000 Uroczyska Puszcza Zielonki PLH300058 (Dz. Woj. Size. of 2020, item 2464).
The area of the felling concerned has a total area of 1.27 ha.
c) The subject of the contract is located on cadastral plots numbered 254, 301, 380, 441, Zielonka precinct, Murowana Goślina commune. The detailed location of the subject of the contract is presented in Annex 2 to the OPZ.
Activities in the Natura 2000 Dolina Cybiny PLH300038 site consisting in mowing with removal of biomassTreatments in the patch of natural habitat 6510 Lowland and mountain fresh meadows used extensively (Arrhenatherion elatioris) consisting of mowing
and removal of suckers with removal of biomass:
a) The subject of the contract is the implementation of a protective action resulting from the plan of protection tasks for the Natura 2000 Dolina Cybiny PLH300038 site (Dz. Woj. Size. of 2014, item 1820, as amended).
b) The area of felling includes cadastral plots numbered 56/6, 56/7, 57/4, 57/5, 57/6, 220, Gortatowo precinct, Swarzędz commune and cadastral plots
numbered 7/12, 7/13, 8th precinct Jankowo, Pobiedziska commune.
The total area of felling covers 4.43 ha. The detailed location of the subject of the contract is presented in Annex 4 and 5 to the OPZ.
