The scope of the assignment includes the following activities:

- Taking care of open, fire and closing rounds (Neude);

- Staffing the security lodge and carrying out outpatient surveillance (Neude);

- Coordinating the daily emergency response organization (Neude) in the role of shift leader;

- Providing control room services and alarm follow-up;

- Taking care of (extra) man/event security on demand.

In concrete terms, Utrecht Library wishes to conclude an Agreement with one

Tenderer for a period of three (3) years with the possibility to renew three (3) times for a period of

two (2) years.
