2. The scope of the repair will depend on the technical condition of rail buses sent for inspection and will include:

1) scope of the PU4 review (permanent mandatory scope of work appearing in each review) - included in Annex 1 to the Agreement;

2) works beyond the permanent scope of the review - included in Annex 1 to the Agreement, whereby this annex contains a full list of these works, among which at a given review will be carried out those that will be necessary on the basis of the assessment of the technical condition.
