Description:
Development of the Local Plan of Intercommunal Urban Planning Value Local Habitat Program (PLUIH) of Annonay Rhône Agglo (relaunch following classification without follow-up)

This involves the resumption of the currently formalized project and the elaboration of the various constituent parts of the PLUIH of the 29 communes of Annonay Rhône Agglo (presentation report, PADD, OAP, POAH, zoning, regulation and annexes), including the stopping and approval phases of the document.

The composite framework agreement consists of an ordinary contract and a framework agreement with no minimum or maximum passed pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code, which will result in the issuance of purchase orders.
