The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from property owners from the Celestynów Commune in the scope of:
part I – Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the Celestynów Commune
part II – Collection, transport and management of bulky waste and electrowaste from the front of the property from the owners of real estate residing in the Celestynów Commune as additional "at source" collections
part III – Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located at 1 Osiecka Street in Celestynów
Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of real estate residing in the commune of Celestynów1. The subject of the contract is to provide services in the range of:
1) the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from owners of property residing in the territory of the Municipality of Celestynów,
2) Equipment the property with bags for selective collection of waste.
2. Single-family housing. In the Celestynów Commune, a bag and container system of municipal waste collection will be in force. The following types of waste will be collected from property owners:
1) non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01) – mixed waste will be collected in containers with a capacity of 120l or 240l. The properties are already equipped with waste collection containers. This waste will be collected:
a) every 2 weeks in the period from April to October,
(b) every 4 weeks in the remaining months.
Waste collection will take place in accordance with the schedule made by the Contractor, agreed with the Ordering Party and accepted by the Contracting Entity. The Contractor will be obliged to collect this waste and manage it by transferring it for recovery in accordance with applicable law and presenting the Contracting Authority with supporting evidence, i.e. waste transfer cards collected only from residents of the Celestynów Commune.
2) separately collected municipal waste, i.e. paper including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste (15 01 01), glass including glass packaging waste (15 01 07), metals and plastics including metal packaging waste, plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste (15 01 02, 15 01 04, 15 01 06), bio-waste (20 01 08, 20 02 01) - the collection of selectively collected waste will take place in bags provided by the Contractor. Acceptance will take place every 4 weeks, in accordance with the schedule made by the Contractor, agreed with the Ordering Party and accepted by the Contracting Entity. The exception is bio-waste, which will be collected:
a) every 2 weeks in the period from April to October,
b) every 4 weeks in the remaining months.,
c) waste with a plastic, paper and bio-waste fraction will be collected from residents on the same day, while glass will be collected on the same day as mixed waste. You should take this into account when creating your schedule. Bags for selectively collected waste should be made of LDPE film with a thickness ensuring their tightness and durability and should bear the inscription "Waste collection Commune Office in Celestynów (22) 789-70-60", as well as information about the type of waste to be placed in the bag of a specific color and the name of the Contractor. The following colours and bag capacities are introduced:
• paper – bags with a capacity of 120 l in blue with the inscription "PAPER"
• metals and plastics – bags with a capacity of 120 l in yellow with the inscription "METALS AND PLASTICS"
• glass – bags with a capacity of 120 l in green with the inscription "GLASS"
• bio-waste – bags with a capacity of 120 l in brown with the inscription "BIO"
Waste bags must be left with the owner after each collection of waste in the same or greater quantity as received. In addition, the Contractor shall deliver bags for selectively collected waste to the Ordering Party's headquarters on an ongoing basis. The Contractor will be obliged to manage the collected waste by transferring it for recovery (recycling) in accordance with the provisions of applicable law and to present the Ordering Party with supporting evidence, i.e. waste transfer cards collected only from residents of the Celestynów Commune.

Collection, transport and management of bulky waste and electrowaste from the front of the property from the owners of real estate residing in the Celestynów Commune as additional collections1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection, transport and management of large waste and electrowaste from the property from property owners residing in the territory of the Municipality of Celestynów, as additional reception “at the source” — 2 times during the duration orders:
1) Furniture and bulky waste (20 03 07) – bulky waste during the term of the contract will be collected 2 times on the dates indicated by the Contractor (the planned date of the action is September-October 2023 and March-May 2023). The service will consist in collecting bulky waste issued by residents from the front of the property. Waste collection will take place in accordance with the schedule made by the Contractor, agreed with the Ordering Party and accepted by the Contracting Entity. The Contractor will be obliged to manage the collected waste by transferring it for recovery (recycling) in accordance with the provisions of applicable law and to present the Ordering Party with supporting evidence, i.e. waste transfer cards collected only from residents of the Celestynów Commune
2) Waste electronic and electrical equipment (20 01 35*, 20 01 36) – collection of waste electronic and electrical equipment during the contract will take place 2 times and will take place on the same date and on the same terms as the collection of bulky waste (the planned date of the action is September-October 2023 and March-May 2024). The service will consist in collecting waste electronic and electrical equipment issued by residents from outside the property. Waste collection will take place in accordance with the schedule made by the Contractor, agreed with the Ordering Party and accepted by the Contracting Entity. The Contractor will be obliged to manage the collected waste by transferring it for recovery (recycling) in accordance with the provisions of applicable law and to present the Ordering Party with supporting evidence, i.e. waste transfer cards collected only from residents of the Celestynów Commune.

Collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located at 1 Osiecka Street in Celestynów1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection, transport and management of municipal waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point provided by the owners of property residing in Celestynów Municipality (abbreviated PSZOK).
2. The Contractor is obliged to equip PSZOK with the following containers;
1) 1 container of 7 m3 with flap holes for paper waste marked with the inscription “PAPER”,
2) 1 container of 7 m3 with flap holes for glass waste marked with the inscription 'GLASS',
3) 1 container of 7 m3 with flap holes for metal and plastic waste marked with the inscription 'METALS AND PLASTICS',
4) 1 container of 7 m3 with flap holes for biowaste labelled 'BIO',
5) 1 container with a capacity of 7 m3 for large-sized waste,
6) 1 container with a capacity of 7 m3 for worn tyres,
7) 1 container of 7 m3 for construction and demolition waste including hazardous waste,
8) 1 container of 7 m3 for used electrical and electronic equipment,
9) 1 container with a capacity of 120 l for batteries and rechargeable batteries,
10) 1 container with a capacity of 120 l for expired drugs and chemicals with protection preventing waste disposal,
11) 1 container with a capacity of 120 l for waste not eligible for household medical waste (needles, syringes, etc.) with protection preventing waste disposal,
12) 1 container with a capacity of 1100 l for textiles and clothing.
3. The scope of the contract includes the collection, transport and handling of the following waste:
1) Paper and cardboard packaging with a code – 15 01 01;
2) Glass packaging with code – 15 01 07;
3) Metals and plastics with code – 15 01 04, 15 01 02; 15 01 06;
4) Bio-waste with code – 20 01 08, 20 02 01;
5) Furniture and bulky waste with the code – 20 03 07;
6) Worn tyres – 16 01 03;
7) Construction and demolition waste, including hazardous waste – 17 09 04, 17 01 07;
8) Waste electronic and electrical equipment – 20 01 23*, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36;
9) Waste batteries and accumulators – 20 01 33, 20 01 34;
10) Expired medicines – 20 01 32;
11) Waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household – 20 01 99;
12) Clothing and textiles – 20 01 10, 20 01 11;
4. The Contractor is obliged to collect waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point within 24 hours of the notification sent by the Contracting Entity. Waste collected in a selective way between collections from the front of the property can be delivered by residents to the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. In addition, the Contractor will be obliged to manage the collected waste by transferring it for recovery (recycling) in accordance with the provisions of applicable law and to present the Ordering Party with supporting evidence, i.e. waste transfer cards collected only from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in the Celestynów Commune.
