The scope of works includes the renovation of the existing road surface made of asphalt concrete - in accordance with the need to remove threats to road traffic. Renovation and reinforcement of the existing road surface of the provincial road No. 853 due to the rapidly progressing degradation of the load-bearing structure of the surface should be carried out as early as possible.
The basic material scope and quantity of works is specified in the attached Bill of Quantities, Technical Design and Detailed Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works.
1. The proposed scope of works is aimed at restoring and increasing the original parameters of the road, i.e. obtaining:
a) roadway width 6.10m, cross-section,
b) transverse slopes of the roadway: 2% double-sided,
c) transverse slopes on curves: 3 to 4% one-sided,
For this purpose, the basic material scope of works will be carried out as follows:
1) Corrective milling of the existing surface - max. up to 1,5cm - 9,101.40 m2
2) Leveling the existing foundation with mineral-bitumen mixture AC-16W (for KR 3-4), avg. thickness, 4,5 cm to obtain a transverse profile, with cleaning and sprinkling of the foundation with asphalt 0,5kg/m2 - 1 033,58 Mg
3) Crack protection mesh min 100 KN - 8 584,50 m2
4) Surface made of mineral-bituminous grit mixtures - AC16W - asphalt binding layer (for KR 3-4) - thickness after compaction min. 5cm, with cleaning and sprinkling the foundation with asphalt 0.5kg/m2 - 9 170.20 m2
5) Asphalt asphalt layer AC-11S 50/70 KR(3-4) thickness min. 4cm. With sprinkling of the binding layer with asphalt 0.5kg/m2 - 9 060.00 m2
6) Supplementing the roadsides with a destruct from milling 15 cm / width 0.6m with profiling and compaction - 1 752,00 m2
7) Restoration of drainage ditches - 3 100,00 m
2. The Contractor is obliged to ensure safe road and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of the works covered by the contract on the basis of the temporary traffic organization (for the duration of the works) approved by the Traffic Manager on provincial roads.
3. Works should be carried out in accordance with the requirements set out in the attached Technical Specification for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works, Permanent Traffic Organization Project.
4. The Contractor shall be obliged to ensure that the Works covered by the Agreement are managed by persons with qualifications and meeting the requirements set out in the Construction Law, for as long as it is necessary. Failure by the Contractor to secure personnel to direct the works gives the right to the Supervision Inspector or the Contracting Authority to suspend the works in whole or in part. Any interruption in the execution of Works resulting from the lack of personnel to manage the works shall be treated as a break for reasons attributable to the Contractor and may not constitute grounds for changing the time for completion of works.
5. The quantities of works given are estimates. The values of works specified in the cost estimate are maximum values. The Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the number of works, change the assortments and renovation technologies without changing the contractual remuneration and shifting the number of works within the Task. The contractor will receive remuneration for the works actually performed according to the unit prices given in the offer.
6. As part of the contractual remuneration, the Contractor is obliged to: "- ensure the participation of electric vehicles or vehicles powered by natural gas in the fleet of vehicles used in the performance of the public task in question, in the share specified in Article 68 paragraph 3 of the Act of 11 January 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 875, as amended). as amended), having regard to Article 36a, which lays down rules for rounding percentages when calculating the number of vehicles required, where the performance of a public task requires the disposal of motor vehicles. The specific number of vehicles will be indicated by the Contractor at the stage of signing the contract."
