1) The subject of the contract is the modernization of the heating network from the K-2 chamber to the K-3 chamber in the vicinity of Eugeniusza Kwiatkowskiego Street, Gdynia City Municipality, along with the transfer of the dock to the Ordering Party. as-built and completion of all formalities enabling the use of the building

2) In the investment area, a section of the network under the tracks has already been built as part of a separate task. It is excluded from the scope of the subject of the contract.

3) The order described in the SWZ is carried out under the Co-financing Agreement no. POIS.01.05.00-00-0035 / 16-00 of the Project "Thermomodernization of duct and overhead heat pipelines in Gdynia, Rumia and the city of Wejherowo". The project is implemented under Measure 1.5 "Effective distribution of heat and cold, Priority Axis I Decarbonisation of the economy of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020.

4) The scope of construction works includes all activities aimed at the construction of a district heating network in pre-insulated pipe technology.

1) The subject of the contract is the modernization of the heating network from the K-2 chamber to the K-3 chamber in the vicinity of Eugeniusza Kwiatkowskiego Street, Gdynia City Municipality, along with the transfer of as-built documentation to the Contracting Authority and the completion of all formalities enabling the use of the building.

2) In the investment area, a section of the network under the tracks has already been built as part of a separate task. It is excluded from the scope of the subject of the contract.

3) The scope of construction works includes all activities aimed at the construction of a heating network in pre-insulated pipe technology.

4) The designed investment is located in the Pomeranian Voivodeship, in the city of Gdynia in the area of the Kwiatkowski flyover, on the following plots:

-Rev. Leszczynki 018 Dz.: 111, 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118,

-Rev. Śródmieście 026 Dz.: 294, 306, 313/2.

5) The whole of the new heating network has been designed in the technology of pre-insulated single pipes with an impulse alarm installation.

(6) The scope of construction works shall include in particular:

(a) preparatory works,

b) felling of trees,

(c) dismantling works for the duration of the work:

- lighting lamps,

- fencing elements,

- the surface of the storage yard,

- road surface,

(d) restoration works after completion of works:

- lighting lamps,

- fencing elements,

- the surface of the storage yard,

- road surface,

(e) earthworks,

f) collision protection with the existing infrastructure,

g) demolition of the existing heat duct: reinforced concrete elements, insulation, steel pipelines with utilization,

h) inactivation of heat ducts,

i) renovation of a section of the heating network,

(j) installation of a pre-insulated network.
