ARPA Lombardia needs to entrust a contract “Global service for the maintenance of ARPA Lombardia's environmental analysis equipment”.

The term “Global Maintenance Service” means a multidisciplinary maintenance services contract in which all the activities carried out are identifiable in a “full service” contract, therefore including what is necessary to ensure both the correct functioning, the operational continuity of the equipment, and the correct management of the ARPA assets.

The object of the contract is the assignment of the integrated maintenance and management service of all scientific environmental analysis equipment owned by ARPA Lombardia, or that ARPA uses in loan for use through:

1) the provision of services in “direct management” mode;

2) the provision of services in “indirect management” mode;

3) The transfer of equipment to the new laboratory site in Milano Niguarda is also planned, as well as additional services, which provide for transfers of instruments between sites, calibrations, disposal with relative alienation of the instruments. The winning company must also guarantee the registration by means of a special information system of all maintenance activities, as well as requests for intervention by ARPA users;
