Timber construction work for the replacement building

The Verein Gründungskreis Waldorfschule Mainfranken e. V. is planning a new school building for the Freie Waldorfschule in the Mainauen for classes 1 to 8 including some specialist rooms as well as kitchen and. Canteen.

On the property at Ziegelbrunn 10 u. 16 (approx. 5,300 m 2nd within v. Haßfurt) a new school building (approx. 3 400 m 2nd BGF) for the Waldorf School to replace the existing school building. During the construction phase, teaching continues in the old building; the old school building will be demolished after the replacement building has been completed. The upper level with further specialist rooms is located in an existing, separate building on the same property and will not be demolished.

Funding from Reg. V. Ufr. claimed.

Construction is scheduled to begin in autumn 2020 and completion of the tree measure by summer 2022.

Timber construction work by the Free Waldorf School in the Mainauen Haßfurt on reinforced concrete construction:

- Roof edge on reinforced concrete roof surface approx. 330 m;

- Canopy construction approx. 90 m 2nd ;

- softwood outer wall cladding including wooden substructure u. Insulation on reinforced concrete wall approx. 1000 m 2nd ;

- Fixed sun protection slats made of facade material approx. 60 m 2nd .
