The Contracting Authority is looking for a party (or combination of parties) that, on the basis of an innovative partnership for the coming years, will set up, manage and implement the sustainability desk (digital platform with back office/telephone helpdesk and coaches and advisors) for the aforementioned municipalities. This party takes care of the sustainability desk and carries out activities as needed (advisory meetings) and proactively to achieve sustainability goals in the municipalities. Where necessary, the party concerned can also be involved in a project-based manner through further assignments per municipality.
