In addition, the contract offered includes the provision of an Internet portal with information on consumption data for the residents of the housing association and the housing association's administration, respectively. The Ringgården Housing Association (Ringgården) wants to establish a uniform and user-friendly remote-read consumption measurement system across 33 of the housing association's departments.

The system must ensure correct and timely reading and settlement of the individual residential unit's electricity, water and heat consumption. In the future, Ringgården will use EG Bolig (an IT system for housing and property management) for its own preparation of annual consumption accounts as well as relocation accounts, so it should be possible to exchange data, including consumption data, between EG Bolig and the delivered consumption measurement system. This means that the systems must be able to exchange data so that validated consumption data from the entire consumption measurement system can be entered into EG Housing. At the same time, data from EG Bolig must be exchangable for consumption measurement system, including updating of resident data.

In connection with the consumption measurement system, a solution with an internet portal must be made available to the residents without any additional charge for the residents. Through the internet portal, each resident must have the opportunity to become aware of and become aware of his or her consumption on an ongoing basis.

To meet this, Ringgården has initiated this tender for the supply and installation of remotely read domestic water meters, electricity meters, energy meters (heat) and heat distribution meters on radiators to expected 33 of Ringgarden's departments.

In addition, the chosen supplier is responsible for the ongoing operation and maintenance as well as control of the meters supplied and customer service in relation to Ringgarden's administration and residents.
