The market is divided into 2 lots, representing 2 missions of door-to-door collections:

- lot 1: garbage collection (residual fraction and organic fraction sorted into bag + bag, as well as some collection points by containers).

This lot is divided into 2 positions (territorial division):

- item 1: Libramont, Neuvillers, Recogne, Saint-Pierre, Presseux, Flohimont, Sberchamps and Lamouline (3,244 households on 4.7.2019),

- item 2: all the other villages (1 450 households at 1.1.2019),

-Lot 2: collection of paper / cardboard at home.
