the Framework Agreement without minimum and with a maximum is concluded pursuant to the provisions of Articles L2125-1 1 °, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 to 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders and subsequent contracts. The maximum amount of the framework agreement for the total duration of the contract and for all the members of the grouping is EUR 9 200 000 (excluding tax). It will be awarded to 5 economic operators subject to a sufficient number of tenders. The works subject to the consultation are landscaping works and related public facilities located on the public domain and private spaces of the communities of Angers and Angers Loire Métropole. Work on purchase orders is paid by unit price to the quantities actually performed according to the BPU or on estimate. Prices for subordinate contracts may be united, flat-rate or mixed. Terms of advance provided for in the contract according to the provisions of the CCAC. Payment by administrative transfer within 30 days. Prices are subject to revision and the framework agreement is concluded for an initial period of 1 year renewable 3 times. Benefits financed by self-financing by the members of the grouping supplemented where appropriate by external resources. The project can be the subject of European funding among others.
