General Practice Information Technology GP IT fully integrated service for the 8 Clinical Commissioning Groups in Hampshire and IOW, namely:

— NHS North Hampshire CCG,

— NHS West Hampshire CCG,

— NHS North East Hampshire CCG,

— NHS Southampton CCG,

— NHS Portsmouth CCG,

— NHS South Eastern Hampshire CCG,

— NHS Fareham and Gosport CCG,

— NHS Isle of Wight CCG.

This will cover the following elements:

1) Hardware and asset management;

2) Engineering and project management;

3) GP IT support, service management, helpdesk;

4) Core infrastructure support;

5) Estates strategy service and governance and security.

The contracting authority is looking for 1 prime provider to cover all elements and will subcontract as appropriate to their choice of partners (although TUPE arrangements are likely to apply both for the incumbent supplier and current subcontracting arrangements).
