The object of the procurement is a framework contract with the state capital of Munich, social department for the provision of residents in accommodation for refugees and homeless people through catering and the distribution of food. The number of people to be cared for is a maximum of 50 people. The catering services are called up flexibly as required, which means that the number of portions to be delivered and distributed can change daily. There is no entitlement to demand a specific scope of services. Likewise, a specific retrieval behavior cannot be predicted. In the present case, this is a contract in which the future order volume does not

can be finally determined. The quantities specified in the individual items in the specifications are only required to evaluate the offer (differentiated comparison of submitted offers).

The service locations cannot yet be named, as they are not yet fixed and may have to be delivered to different locations, depending on requirements. All properties (accommodation) to which this contract is intended to deliver are located within the city limits of the state capital of Munich. Property descriptions will be submitted as soon as there is a need for accommodation and a (further) place of performance has been determined.

The term of the contract starts on February 7, 2022 and ends on December 28, 2022. The initial delivery can be called up from the first day of the contract period. The quantity, place of delivery and time of delivery will be announced by 15:00 at the latest on the presentation. If this information is available earlier, it will be communicated to the contractor as soon as possible. For all further requests, an email from the client by 15:00 the day before is sufficient (see point I.3 of the service description).

The contract ends after the agreed contract period has expired without any additional termination being required.
