A) OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE 50/2016 AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS, FOR ENERGY REQUALIFICATION AND RENOVATION OF SCHOOL BUILDINGS ROOFS - CUP B47C20000250004 - CIG 9096667714

Framework agreement with multiple economic operators concerning the contractor's commitment to carry out the executive design and execution of all the works necessary for the realization of the interventions of extraordinary maintenance of energy upgrading and conservative renovation of the roofs of school buildings indicated in the elaborate “List of locations”; the Project is based on the tender of Technical and Economic Feasibility approved by Provision no. 2 of 24/12/2021 of the Mayor as Commissioner for school building interventions; at the time of the offer it will be acquired, for the purposes of identification of the best bidder, the final project of the “Kindergarten in Via Bianca Milesi, n, 2”; this final project drawn up for the purpose of acquiring the opinions of the competent bodies not will be subject to the verification referred to in art. 26, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and will be approved in a technical line by the Head of the Procedure acquired the competent opinions.

The design and execution of the works will be the subject of application contracts that the economic operator undertakes to assume under the conditions offered during the tender, within the maximum amount limit provided. for each type of service and for the period of validity of the agreement
