The procurement concerns a functional commitment (total commitment) with operation and service agreements with functional responsibility where the Supplier shall be responsible for design, delivery, installation, functional testing, operation, repair, maintenance, support, communication between all parts of the Functions and ownership of the fully functional security-creating technology.

The goal of the procurement is to provide long-term flexible and individually adapted support to the residents and to provide adapted and effective work tools to staff so that the work process can be developed qualitatively and efficiently.

The candidate's solution must be able to be integrated with Elsi Smart Floor and associated fall sensor in bathrooms as these are available in 3 of the operations.

Gryta Dementia Center

Gryta Dementia Center comprises short-term units and elderly housing with a total of 72 apartments divided into 4 units on the ground floor. There are 3 units for short-term care with 54 beds and 1 unit for retirement homes with 18 apartments.

Elsi Smart Floor and associated fall sensor in bathrooms were installed in all apartments in 2018.

Hälleborg retirement home

Hälleborg's retirement home comprises 120 apartments spread over 4 floors. On each floor there are 3 units with respectively 10 apartments per unit. The business has an associated garden.

The accommodation was completed in 2014 with Elsi Smart Floor and fall sensor in bathrooms installed in all apartments.

Vallonen retirement home and service house

Vallonen's retirement home in the newer part of the property with 30 apartments spread over 3 floors with 10 apartments per floor.

The property was completed in 2017. In connection with this, Elsi Smart Floor and fall sensor were installed in bathrooms in all apartments.

Haga Äng's retirement home is located on Malmaberg and comprises 62 apartments spread over 4 floors.

Björkbacken's retirement home is located on Bjurhovda and comprises 42 modern apartments spread over 3 floors.

Daggrose's retirement home is located at Önsta center and comprises 36 apartments spread over 3 floors.

Klockarkärleken's retirement home is located at Klockartorpet and comprises 39 apartments spread over 3 floors.

Stenkumla elderly care home

Stenkumla's retirement home will be located at Råby and will comprise 60 apartments spread over 4 floors.

The property will be built and is expected to be ready for occupancy in September 2025.
