Renovation of Stationsparken 1 in the main contract for Arbejdernes Boligselskab in Gladsaxe.

Stationsparken 1 consists of 327 apartments spread over 8 blocks of up to 3 floors. Stationsparken 1 was built from 1950 onwards and has a living area of 24,536 m². The expression of the building is period typical and characterized by red bricks, wide square window fields and balconies facing green common areas.

The case is put out to tender and contains the following works:

Establishment of total overkills

Establishment and operation of construction site

Asbestos remediation and demolition of all roofs

Establishment of new eternit roofs and new insulation

Establishment of solar cells

Replacement of all windows and balcony doors

Establishment of mechanically balanced ventilation in all homes

Sporadic replacement of radiators

Post-insulation of gables and hollow wall

Restoration of terrain and planting after construction site

The work takes place in inhabited homes and the tender focuses on resident management. The project also includes extensive asbestos remediation, which is why there is a strong focus on safety and health.
