This specification includes the description of the provision of an automated analytical platform for immunohematology analyses, based on a differential separation method on gel or microbeads in columns: determination of the blood group ABO / D, subgroups Rh and phenotype Kell, compatibility test, search for irregular antibodies (RAI) and their identification, direct Coombs test and its differentiation, antibody titration, and optionally, erythrocyte phenotyping.

These specifications also include the installation of the said system, its commissioning, including computer connections, as well as the supply of reagents, calibrators, controls and staff training, for the needs of the clinical biology laboratory of CHR Haute Senne, CHRHS.
