ORGANIC AND ECO-SUSTAINABLE SCHOOL LUNCH SERVICE FOR PUPILS OF SPRING, KINDERGARTEN AND PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ANZIO.
The estimated total value of the contract for the certain period is € 5,884,500.00
plus VAT
The unit price based on the tender subject to a reduction of € 6.00 (€ six / 00) for each meal supplied, including all cost items plus VAT at 4% and security charges not subject to auction discount (€ 0.02 per meal).
Pursuant to art. 35 paragraph 4 of D.L.gs 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, the total presumed value of the contract is € 11,278,625.00 (including security charges not subject to reduction) excluding VAT determined with respect to the entire presumed period of award: three-year contract + two-year renewal option + technical extension (6 months);
The object of this contract is the management of the school meal service which is divided into the following services and supplies:
a) The management of the structures and equipment dedicated to the preparation of meals (cooking centers, warehouses), refectories and any annexes, with ordinary and extraordinary maintenance interventions, aimed at allowing compliance with all current regulations and the full functionality of the municipal facilities made available to the winning company
b) Carrying out all cleaning and sanitizing operations of the premises used for the school meal service: cooking centers and refectories including their appurtenances, such as warehouses, personal bathrooms, corridors, including the supply of specific and eco-compatible products
c) Supply and storage of foodstuffs for the preparation of meals that must meet the requirements indicated in the Specifications;
d) Preparation of complete meals for kindergarten and primary school pupils and eligible teachers according to the procedural indications, nutritional parameters and menu scheme, described in the annexes to the Specifications;
e) Preparation of menus compatible with the ethical or religious choices (Muslim, Hindu, Jewish ...) or ethnic - traditional of the different communities present in the territory, from here on defined as "ethical-ethnic differentiated diets". The ethical-ethnic-religious diets will be drawn up according to the prescriptions of this specification, with appropriate substitutions in the menus and dietary tables provided for the entire school users.
f) Preparation of diets for pathology, and special diets for users with allergies and / or intolerances, dysmetabolisms and any other possible pathology, with defined dietary constraint with specific medical-specialist certifications, and blank diets for temporary indisposition without the need for medical certification;
The differentiated diets will be drawn up according to the requirements of this specification, with appropriate substitutions in the menus, in compliance with the dietary tables, provided for the entire school users;
g) supply of drinking water suitable for human consumption, in compliance with current regulations and with a view to sustainable consumption with priority to the distribution of purified mains water;
h) packaging, with suitable equipment, of meals prepared in multi-portion with the exception of packaging in single portions for meals directed to children of the spring and childhood classes (if required) (age group 0-3 years) and the packaging of special diets for pathology;
i) transport of meals from the 3 cooking centers of preparation to the various school refectories (distribution terminals) The transport must be carried out with vehicles owned by the contractor, with low environmental impact, with a regular authorization for the transport of food;
j) distribution of meals in consumption terminals: refectories or, if missing, in classrooms;
k) supply of travel baskets, packed on the same day of use, containing everything necessary for the meal, to be used in case of visits or school trips.
l) Realization of information campaigns and events for pupils, families and teachers to raise awareness on nutrition, health and environment issues
