The scope of the contract includes the following:

1) cleaning buildings,

2) cleaning outdoor areas,

3) maintaining order in green areas.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding similar contracts in accordance with art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act. The contractor is to employ persons performing the contract on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the Labor Code. Personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 clause 1 lit. b) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.4.2016
